The Beach Tour
MAYA BAY: “THE BEACH TOUR”
‘Koh Phi Phi’s Longest Running Tour’
Join us on The Beach Tour: Maya-Bay, for a full day out on the Andaman Sea. We’re waiting to welcome you on-board our Traditional Thai Longtail boat and show you the best sights Phi Phi has to offer. We won’t try to squeeze everything in on this tour. Instead we take this trip at a slower pace and only show you around one island ‘Koh Phi Phi Leh’ stopping at the most beautiful places you will have ever seen.
Stopping at a few less destinations doesn’t mean you won’t have as much fun, in fact we would argue its the complete opposite; allowing you to enjoy yourself and savour the memories that will last a lifetime. During this tour you will snorkel in the blue waters of Pilleh Lagoon & With Reef Sharks at the Shark Point (don’t worry; the’re friendly!) You will get to see the wild Monkeys on ‘Saam Haad’ beach. And at the end of the day you will be watching the most perfect sunset over the Andaman Sea. When it is dark enough we will take you to see one of Koh Phi Phi’s best kept secrets. At this exclusive spot you will have the opportunity to night swim with Glowing Plankton all around, lighting up the water as you move.
THREE HOURS AT MAYA BAY
The real talking point of the beach tour is where it gets its name. Maya Bay or ‘The Beach’, which was made famous as the filming location for the 1999 movie ‘The Beach’. Guests can stay here for three hours, which is much more time than any other tour will offer. You have the time to yourself to explore, swim, or relax on the soft white sand. It is a protected Marine Park and truly is a beautiful slice of paradise, there is even a secret viewpoint you can hike to which with most other tours you simply wouldn’t have time.
The Beach Tour is one of the longest running tour packages on Phi Phi Islands, and definitely a favourite amongst our guests. If you are looking for something a bit different then this is defiantly the tour for you. (We can also run this as a private package, please contact us for more information).
