Refunds & Cancelations Policy

The information provided is accurate for reservations, for any tour or service provided by Five Star Group (Thailand) when a reservation is made online. This includes, but is not limited to fivestartravelandtours.com, arisaspeedboat.com, phiphipirate.com. Any reservations made in person or through a 3rd party service may be subject to an alternative policy.

What can be refunded:

Any booking made via fivestartravelandtours.com can be refunded, no questions asked if there are 14 or more days until the specified departure date.
If we have to cancel our tour on the date of your reservation, for any reason, you are entitled to a 100% refund of any funds paid.

What cannot be refunded:

No refunds will be issued for any reason whatsoever if there are 14 days or fewer until your specified departure date. This includes reservation made inside this 14-day window.

Date changes

You are able to change the date of your service free of charge at the discretion of Five Star Travel Group (Thailand), providing we can accommodate you please contact us by email. By changing the date of your service you will forfeit your right to cancel the booked service. No refunds will be issued for any reservation which has had the date amended after the reservation was created.

Group bookings

For reservations with over 15 passengers booked under a single reservation number, booking can be refunded with no questions asked up until 30 days before departure. No refunds will be issued for any reason whatsoever if there are 30 days or fewer until your specified departure date. This includes reservation made inside this 30-day window.

Deposit only

For reservations where only a deposit has been paid, no refunds will be issued for any reason. All deposits are none refundable and will not be covered under our refunds policy.

how to cancel a reservation

Please request your cancelation via EMAIL ONLY. We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our representatives without contacting us via email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged.

Refunds will be processed via the same method, and to the same account used to create your booking either credit/debit card or PayPal. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
